We adopt this model only when work can be clearly scoped out, with clearly marked deliverables For this model to work, Inpleo should have an excellent understanding of the customer’s systems.
The customer’s role is that of a reviewer with the additional responsibility of contracts management and budget tracking. Inpleo will be responsible for selection of resources as well as managing stakeholder expectations there will be clearly marked SLAs for each deliverable.
